Remote Technical Support is charged at the rate defined above unless otherwise stated in a Service-Level Agreement/Contract provided by Raines Internet Solutions. The minimum billable time is 15 minutes. Work completed in less than 15 minutes will be charged at a 15 minute capped rate of AUD $48.30 inc. GST.

Content Development and Managed Content Services are charged at the rate defined above unless otherwise stated in a Project Contract or Agreement provided by Raines Internet Solutions. The minimum billable time is 15 minutes. Work completed in less than 15 minutes will be charged at a 15 minute capped rate of AUD $48.30 inc. GST.

Project Management or Consulting/Planning services may be priced differently under a pre-configured quote or contract. Prices listed above are generally for first visits and one-off meetings.

Out of Hours Telephone Support will be billable under the same pricing schedule as Remote Technical Support. Unless otherwise stated in a Service-Level Agreement or Contract provided by Raines Internet Solutions.
