Standard Terms & Conditions for Sales and Quotations

This page outlines the Standard Terms and Conditions that all sales, solutions, services and quotations of sales, solutions and services provided by Raines Internet Solutions adhere. Clients must agree and accept these conditions before proceeding with any order or quotation. Acceptance of a order or quotation means the client accepts the conditions provided on this page. Raines Internet Solutions exclusively holds the right to change these conditions at anytime, with or without notification. Customers should review these conditions before each order is placed or after a quote is provided, to ensure that they fully understand and accept the terms of sale or quotation before proceeding.

QUOTATIONS, AND SALE OF ANY SUCH GOODS AND/OR SERVICES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PUBLISHED BY RAINES INTERNET SOLUTIONS AVAILABLE ON PRINTED REQUEST OR ONLINE, WHICH SUPERSEDE AND REPLACE ALL PRIOR TERMS, CONDITIONS, PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS EXCHANGED BY THE PARTIES, WRITTEN OR VERBAL. ANY ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT TERMS ALREADY OR HEREAFTER PROPOSED BY CLIENT ARE OBJECTED TO BY RAINES INTERNET SOLUTIONS WITHOUT NEED OF FURTHER NOTICE OF OBJECTION, AND WILL NOT BE BOUND UPON BY RAINES INTERNET SOLUTIONS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AGREED TO IN WRITING SIGNED BY RAINES INTERNET SOLUTIONS. IN THE EVENT OF A CUSTOMER'S NON-ACCEPTANCE WITHIN THE SET LIMIT OF EXPIRY DAYS, THE SPECIFIED QUOTATION SHALL LAPSE AND BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID. CUSTOMERS MUST REQUEST A NEW REVISED QUOTE AT THIS TIME.
